Yes, I agree if you don't have an 'estate' or a house with a ... wing - it's probably not a terribly practical or acceptable end! We don't really have 'the family burial plot' in a corner of the grounds in this day and age do we - where the old dog and his master all got planted. But I can understand why it might be nice to be buried where you had lived, and been happy. Less appealing to future residents of my semi detached house I accept. However, I understand - legal! ...Unless of course someone knows different?
If you get buried in your garden what happens to the people who go on to move into your house? Bit of a grim inheritance!
